The kettle offers 6 variable temperature settings: 158°F (Warm), 167°F (Green Tea), 185°F (Coffee), 194°F (Black Tea), 203°F (Herbal Tea), and 212°F (Boiling). With just a press of the on/off button, you can easily set the temperature to suit your preferences.

For added convenience, the kettle is equipped with a power failure protection feature. When the water is boiled, the boiling and drying protection will automatically stop the boiling process. The kettle will then beep three times to indicate that the water is ready.

The narrow spout and gooseneck curve of the kettle allow for a slow and precise control of the water flow, making it ideal for pour-over coffee or tea brewing methods. The brushed stainless steel body not only provides an elegant appearance but also ensures durable usage.
